The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page eight, section 14, after subsection (l), by inserting a new subsection (m) to read as follows:

“(m)  Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, any records obtained in response to solicitations for bids from the Division shall not be subject to disclosure pursuant to §29B-1-1 et seq. of this code, until and unless the time frame for submission of bids has closed, Provided, however, that once bids close, the records may be exempt from disclosure, pursuant to §29B-1-4.  Any record relating to any solicitation for, or purchase of, any item related to the safe and secure running of any facility under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of the Division, is not subject to disclosure pursuant to §29B-1-1 et seq. of this code. “
